Virtual Extensions

You can build a large network by connecting extensions to your RingCentral number. You can associate any existing phone line as a virtual extension to your RingCentral number. This lets you connect remote teams and manage your law firm easily. Each extension has its own call and fax rules, set according to the requirements of its owner, whether it is a person or a department or branch.

There are a lot of advantages to having RingCentral and building a network of virtual extensions:

  • Create a bigger image. A long list of available extensions for different departments or key persons helps create the image of a big and reputable company.
  • Have a virtual office. When you connect different employees who are in different locations, it would seem to the caller that you are all located in a big office. This helps you unify your team and also helps you be more productive.
